- CANCELLATION WINDOW
Because we process and package items quickly, you can only cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Once the product has been shipped out, the order cannot be cancelled. To cancel, please email us immediately at support@handmadevintage.in. - RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
Due to the unique and delicate nature of handmade vintage items, we only accept returns or offer replacements if the product arrives physically damaged during transit.
- You must report any transit damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please email clear photos and an unboxing video showing the damage to support@handmadevintage.in.
- REFUND PROCESSING
If your return or cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) through the Razorpay system. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing cycles.
